25 Beautiful Homes Feature

I was recently commissioned to shoot an interior feature for the January 2011 issue of 25 Beautiful Homes magazine. It was a lovely property to photograph and I'd like to say a big thank you to the home owners Graham & Valerie for letting me take over the house for the day!

Le Bistrot Pierre

Last week I had the pleasure of spending the day photographing the fabulous Le Bistrot Pierre restaurant in Leicester. It has just being renovated and redesigned by the interior designer Robert Angell. Le Bistrot Pierre have eight individually designed French bistros in the UK serving fantastic provincial French food in relaxed surroundings. An Education - School of Artisan Food

Earlier in the week I had the pleasure of visiting The School of Artisan Food in Sherwood Forest for a morning class in bakery. Set within the grounds of the Welbeck estate the school is housed in the old estate’s fire station, a beautiful 1850 building surrounding a large cobbled stone courtyard. The school is the first of it's type in the UK, offering a diploma course in the art of artisan food making. I had a lovely morning attending a bakery class by Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, head baker at Judges Bakery in Hastings. Christmas Food Feature

Real Homes Christmas Feature

I was recently commissioned to shoot an interior feature for Real Homes Christmas issue. It was a great day, I got to work alongside stylist Hannah Deacon and Sally & Billy from Real Homes. I'd also like to say a big thank-you to the home owners Tony & Sabrina for letting us take over their fantastic home for the day, they really looked after us treating us all to lunch al fresco!

Recent Food Shoot

 Here's a few of my favorites from a recent editorial food feature I was commissioned to shoot. I love the simplicity of the circular bowls against a solid coloured background. As always with my food photography these were shot using natural available light only.

Beautiful Kitchens Feature

I recently did a photo-shoot on Matt Hampson's kitchen for the November issue of Beautiful Kitchens magazine. Matt just recently finished building his new house, and what a house it is!
